Managing Partner/Coach/Facilitator

Amber Galou has over 20 years of HR and Talent Development experience and a successful track record of driving change and serving as a trusted confidant to leaders at all levels. Amber’s work as a coach and consultant has served a broad range of industries, including biopharma, automotive, retail, client services, healthcare, off-shore logistics, financial services, engineering, and technology. Amber’s expertise spans a wide array of business-wide programs including leadership coaching and development, team effectiveness, culture and employee engagement, organizational development and effectiveness, onboarding, and talent management.

Amber holds her PCC and CPCC coaching certifications. She is also a Certified AI-Powered Coach, an iEQ9 accredited practitioner, is certified in The Leadership Circle Profile, 5 Dynamics Fundamentals by Simpli5, and the Bates ExPI™ the first research-based assessment to measure executive presence and influence in leaders.

Based outside of Boston, Amber’s value of continued personal growth is demonstrated through her daily French lessons and her ski weekends in Vermont (she only learned to ski about 10 years ago!). And don’t be alarmed when one of her three cats joins in on a Zoom call.

Mark Heydt

Mark Heydt has held HR executive leadership positions at large national multi-billion dollar companies including two Fortune 500 companies. His responsibilities have included leading organization and leadership development, talent management, culture creation, and talent acquisition. He now brings this experience and knowledge to organizations of all sizes coaching executives and building customized leadership development programs. Mark has coached and consulted in various industries including retail, higher education, healthcare, government, tech, financial services, hospitality, consumer packaged goods, energy, civil engineering, and manufacturing.

Mark’s recently published book with Forbes Books, “Rescuing the Corporate Exhausted Hero” is focused on helping leaders achieve it all without doing it all.

Mark is a certified coach through Gallup and the International Coaches Federation and is certified in The Leadership Circle Profile, CliftonStrengths, and Hogan Assessments. Mark also has completed training through CTI Coaches Training Institute and Zenger Folkman.

Mark and his family are based in Highlands Ranch, CO. He donates his coaching skills as a coach and manager with his kid’s competitive swimming. On Zoom calls, you may notice his Indiana University basketball collectables and his Jones Soda archives.
