We STOKE the energy of leaders, and we make them better.

In a short period of time, Stoke Leadership was able to identify our leadership behaviors and design and execute appropriate workshops for all our managers. Overall feedback has been very positive, and the culture has been evolving with the completion of each workshop. We continue to expand this program, and are now offering a second level of Leadership Academy. Due to high demand, we had to implement an application process for Coaching Circles, and are looking at ways to continue to expand the program.

I can easily say this was the best leadership training experience I have ever gone through, and I wish I had this training years ago. I was amazed at how much we were able to cover in the session and was inspired by the instructors Amber and Mark, and the Senior leadership team, as they demonstrated how to self-reflect and grow as leaders.

The work that Amber and Mark are advancing for us at our company has been seriously transformational. When I queried the Executive Leadership Team about program highlights, common responses were that the ELT retreat and the improvement on our overall alignment as a leadership team. We have both of you to thank for helping make that happen.

Amber has been saying all along when people talk about their reactive tendency “but at what cost to you?”.  Today I realized in a material way the drivers behind my reactive tendencies and what have been the costs ‘to me’.  Not what promotions I didn’t get or what deliverables I sent in late, but the actual cost to myself and the people around me.  I understood for the first time that this shift is not just important to me professionally, it’s essential to me as a person.  It became so clear to me that the creative/reactive tendencies aren’t just a way a person operates, it’s a tangible display of how a person feels about themselves.  The creative tendencies all require a person to value themselves first. I wanted to thank you all for the efforts you’ve put into this program and I just wanted to make sure you understood that likely to most of us, it’s bigger than just professional development.
