Coaching gives leaders a personalized space to grow. It’s a powerful catalyst for those who want targeted, individual support that accelerates their growth, elevates key skills, and unlocks new possibilities.
This isn’t consulting, therapy, or mentoring. Our coaches are independently certified, rigorously trained, and fully committed to pushing your thinking forward. They help you cut through the noise, unlock clarity, and activate momentum—acting as your strategic thought partner and your spark for real change.
At Stoke Leadership, we offer three levels of coaching, each intentionally designed to support a specific stage of leadership development.

We coach all levels of leaders, but individual coaching engagements can look very different based on leadership level, desired outcomes and timelines. Our C-Suite engagements are generally for 12 months, with other engagements from 6-9 months in duration. Coaching Circles and Micro Coaching have their own timelines and structure.
Our clients include engineering, professional sports, biopharma, manufacturing, retail, client services, healthcare, automotive, logistics, financial services, and technology, just to name a few. We have found our diversity of experience across industries is a strength. We often bring learnings and perspectives from other industries to assist leaders. We think leadership skills are people oriented, and are therefore universal across industries.
